Where We Ship
Currently United States only. For special requests outside the US, please contact us before ordering.
Transit Time
USA: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or severe weather.

We don’t offer permanent free shipping, but promotions may cover shipping at times. If you see $0 at checkout, you’re covered. 🎉
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, email umei3d@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if damaged). We’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Notes
Shipping timelines are estimates once the order has left our facility.
We can’t reroute orders after dispatch; contact us ASAP if you need an address correction.
Return and Refund Policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
If you’re outside the U.S., you may use a package-forwarding service (e.g., a U.S. address provided by a third party).
We’ll ship to your U.S. forwarding address (our normal U.S. shipping rates apply and are covered by us as usual).
1. The international leg from the forwarder to your country is your arrangement and cost.
2. Any duties/taxes, delays, or issues after delivery to the U.S. address are the customer’s responsibility.
For returns, items must be sent back to our U.S. warehouse; forwarding costs aren’t covered.
