We aim to ship within 48 hours on business days (Mon–Fri). During launches or holidays, processing may take a bit longer.

Currently United States only. For special requests outside the US, please contact us before ordering.

Transit Time

• USA: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  Carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or severe weather.

Shipping Cost
Calculated at checkout based on your address and selected method.
We don’t offer permanent free shipping, but promotions may cover shipping at times. If you see $0 at checkout, you’re covered. 🎉

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, email umei3d@gmail.com with your order number (and photos if damaged). We’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
